Hi! The brakes on my Trabant have never been good even after new brake shoes. I have booked the car into a mechanic - can anyone make suggestions as to what my mechanic should be looking for? I have the only Trabi in Australia and everything is a steep learning curve for me! With kind regards, Neil |

Hi, just try to check if there is maybe air in the brake system. How old is the brake fluid ? When changing the brake shoes, you checked the function of the small " slack adjusters " ? But when braking the trabi keeps going straight ahead ? Good luck ! |
